Fannie Mae HomePath Partners with Framework to launch program for first-time homebuyers.Full Article
Just in time for National Homeownership Month, it's official: Framework is partnering with the HomeSmart Oregon Collaborative to bring quality, objective education to would-be homebuyers in Oregon.
This is especially good news for any Oregonian looking to buy in Portland. As you may have heard (or assumed), the “Portlandia” real-estate market is “crazy hot,” and that kind of high-pressure environment —on top of peak buying season—makes homebuyer education even more critical.
HomeSmart Oregon is a collaborative of nonprofit organizations that connect first-time homebuyers with the assistance and tools they need to make good decisions. Within the state, they offer homeownership programs that provide financial assistance and guidance on everything from creating a savings plan to comparing mortgage and loan options.
And now they will be offering the Framework homeownership course throughout the state.
“Robust, engaging, and informative”
“We evaluated homebuyer online education platforms and found Framework to be the most robust, engaging, and informative on the market,” says HomeSmart’s Brigetta Olson. “We’re excited about our new partnership and the expanded opportunities it provides to clients throughout our state.”
We’re pretty excited about it too.
“The Framework team is thrilled to bring on a forward-thinking network like the HomeSmart Collaborative,” says Danielle Samalin, founding president of Framework. “We share a dedication to quality homebuyer education, and a passion for ensuring homebuyers have the best learning experience. We’re pleased to announce this partnership during Homeownership Month, when there’s extra attention on smart homebuying.”
Welcome to Framework, Oregonians!
