Great news for first-time homebuyers! Fannie Mae has launched a new program called HomePath® Ready Buyer™ that will offer first-time buyers not only a complete Framework education, but also financial assistance with purchasing a Fannie Mae–owned home.
This partnership between Framework and Fannie Mae is definitely a win all around.
“Educated homebuyers are empowered,” said Danielle Samalin, president of Framework. “They know what to expect and are less likely to become delinquent. This is good for homeowners and good for the economy. The program’s financial help increases access to homeownership and is one of many reasons we’re excited to connect Framework customers with the HomePath Ready Buyer program.”
