After 2,600 customer surveys, we’ve done a complete renovation of the Framework homebuyer course. It’s even more self-guided, interactive, and mobile-friendly.Full Article
Framework is dedicated to making smart homeownership the new norm nationwide. We’re doing it with a superior curriculum, technology, dedication to customer service, and innovative relationships with lenders, brokers, and a network of nonprofit partners.
We launched the social enterprise that is Framework in 2012. We had observed that while both the market and the homebuyers within it had changed, the way people approached buying (and owning) a home had not. Plus, the research was clear: informed homebuyers are more likely to be successful homeowners. And so we did what needed to be done.
The first plank in our platform for smart homeownership was a state-of-the-art online course that meets the needs and expectations of today’s homebuyers. A course with a comprehensive curriculum that meets HUD guidelines and exceeds National Industry Standards for Homeownership Education and Counseling. That’s wedded to best practices for adult online learning. That works equally well on a desktop computer, tablet, or phone and has an interactive user-driven design homebuyers love.
We also assembled a network of nonprofit counseling partners that makes it easy for homebuyers and homeowners to get objective, one-on-one advice whenever they need it. And now we’re building out our platform to provide ongoing education and advice that support a lifetime of smart homeownership.
Something else Framework offers is trust. Consumers trust us because we’re the social enterprise of two leading national nonprofits whose bottom line is to help build strong communities: the Housing Partnership Network and the Minnesota Homeownership Center.
In the end, that’s what it’s all about — building strong communities through the stabilizing force of homeownership. In other words, making the world a better place.
